Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM leaders to define strategic priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute on key operational initiatives.
- Optimize the usage of our GTM technology stack to improve process efficiency and user effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and marketing attribution models to ensure a seamless handoff of high-quality leads from Marketing to Sales.
- Oversee core sales operations functions, including territory design and management, revenue and sales planning, and rules of engagement.
- Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire funnel, from marketing campaign performance to sales pipeline health and forecasting, including the QBR, MBR, and forecasting motion.
- Champion data integrity within our systems through process improvements, data governance policies, and enablement for the GTM teams.
- Proactively identify and lead projects to streamline processes, improve system workflows, and enhance the overall productivity of the sales and marketing teams.
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
