Strategic Implementation Principal

Remote

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We’re seeking a Strategic Implementation Principal to serve as the cornerstone of this team, owning the successful delivery of our most complex, high-impact enterprise programs. In this role, you’ll define the overarching implementation strategy, architect delivery plans, and guide execution across multiple internal teams and customer stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure that our largest enterprise initiatives not only meet their goals, but also shape how the industry operates.

This is a highly visible, senior-level role that blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and executive relationship management. You’ll partner directly with C-suite and senior executives on both sides of the engagement, translating ambitious business objectives into actionable plans — and leading Qualia’s efforts to deliver transformative outcomes for our clients and the broader ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set the strategic direction: Define the implementation vision and end-to-end strategy for Category 1 enterprise engagements, aligning scope, objectives, and success metrics with customer and company goals
  • Own program leadership: Serve as the principal owner for strategic projects, overseeing delivery from kickoff through adoption, ensuring accountability, quality, and measurable results at every stage
  • Guide customer partnerships: Act as the primary executive liaison for client stakeholders, leading strategic planning sessions, executive briefings, and alignment meetings to ensure shared vision and momentum
  • Design scalable solutions: Translate complex operational workflows and enterprise objectives into scalable, technology-driven solutions — leveraging Qualia’s platform and industry best practices to maximize impact
  • Drive cross-functional execution: Orchestrate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Services, and Customer Success to deliver on strategic objectives while managing dependencies and timelines
  • Anticipate and mitigate risk: Identify solution gaps, operational risks, and long-term strategic considerations early — and work cross-functionally to address them before they impact delivery
  • Advance industry leadership: Capture and synthesize insights from enterprise implementations into internal playbooks, go-to-market strategies, and external thought leadership, helping shape the future direction of the industry

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Extensive industry expertise: 10+ years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate operations, including leadership roles delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Strategic leadership experience: Proven success architecting and leading multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects with significant operational and technical complexity
  • Technical fluency: Deep knowledge of title production systems (including Qualia) and adjacent technology stacks, with the ability to translate operational goals into technical execution
  • Industry credibility: Recognized thought leader with a strong professional network across title, escrow, lending, and government — and a track record of representing organizations at the executive level
  • Executive communication skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into clarity, facilitate alignment across diverse audiences, and influence outcomes at the highest levels
  • Visionary mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts, shape strategic direction, and translate big-picture goals into actionable execution plans

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • You’ll be the strategic architect behind Qualia’s most impactful enterprise initiatives, guiding transformation at a scale that shapes the future of the real estate transaction
  • You’ll collaborate directly with C-suite and senior leadership at some of the largest companies in the industry, influencing how they operate and innovate
  • You’ll have end-to-end ownership — from vision and strategy through execution and delivery — and see the direct impact of your work on clients and the industry as a whole
  • You’ll help define the playbook for how complex real estate transactions are modernized, setting the standard for how enterprise partnerships are delivered at scale

This role has a base annual salary of $200,000-$250,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
