Technical Recruiter - Contract

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Our team is growing rapidly, and your role as a Contract Technical Recruiter is to ensure that we continue to attract and hire the best people as we grow. You will work with the Engineering team to manage the recruitment process from start to finish - defining skill sets and creating new job descriptions, spreading the word and screening candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and bringing new hires on board. You are detail-oriented, organized, personable, and able to guide candidates through the interview process while keeping the team up to date. As the first person at Qualia that candidates interact with, you will be communicating a compelling and exciting picture of our company, vision, and their role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end hiring process
- Collaborate with executives and org leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
- Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
- Partner with the People Ops Onboarding team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to start date
- Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
- Report to Qualia’s Manager of Recruiting
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- A track record of success in building strong partnerships with Engineering teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Greenhouse
- A team player who is always looking for ways to improve themselves
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adjust priorities on the fly
- While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates
