We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Leverage creative and proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of AI, ML, and other technical candidates.
  • Screening & Coordination: Manage candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with our senior recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure they feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

 

Desirable Skills

  • Offer Management: Demonstrated ability to support or lead closing efforts, including drafting and extending offers, negotiating terms, and guiding candidates through decision-making processes with finesse and professionalism.
  • AI/ML Recruitment: Experience recruiting in the AI and machine learning space, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and nuances of sourcing and engaging top technical talent in this domain.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, including a focus on AI, ML, or technical roles.
    • Prior internal recruitment experience, including sourcing, coordinating, and ideally closing top candidates.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to source passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networks, events, etc.).
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS platform and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is $40-$60 an hour, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
