Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our executive team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth. As an early-stage startup, we need a dynamic and adaptable EA who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will report directly to the executive leadership team and play a crucial role in optimizing their efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritize competing demands.
- Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.
- Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups.
- Assist with special projects, research, and operational initiatives.
- Support presentation and document preparation as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support office operations, team events, and culture-building activities.
- Manage sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively find solutions.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $80,000 - $140,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
