  • Serve as primary technical liaison with health system partners: Collaborate with clients to reconcile data queries, address gaps identified during QC and backtesting, and guide them through the integration process
  • Execute ETL operations: Perform extract, load, and transformation activities on healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues: Identify, diagnose, and fix data transformation issues discovered during quality control and backtesting phases
  • Build repeatable data pipeline solutions: Develop standardized, reusable data integration patterns that accelerate future implementations and ensure consistency
  • Translate complex technical concepts: Present sophisticated data challenges and solutions clearly to varied audiences, including non-technical stakeholders during change transformation efforts
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data integration processes, tools, and methodologies based on hands-on implementation experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or solution delivery roles, with demonstrated expertise in data integration and ETL processes
  • Strong analytical toolkit with proficiency in:

  • Proven problem-solving capabilities: Track record of quickly processing complex information and presenting clear, simple solutions during technical implementations
  • Client service orientation: Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, with ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Operational mindset: Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and commitment to delivering reliable, production-grade solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and document processes thoroughly
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Desirable Skills:

  • Healthcare industry experience: Prior work with healthcare data, EHR systems, or health system partners
  • Deep interest in healthcare analytics: Genuine passion for improving patient care delivery through data-driven insights

  • Understanding of healthcare compliance: Awareness of HIPAA, HITRUST, or other healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Data quality and validation expertise: Experience implementing data quality frameworks and validation processes
  • Project management capabilities: Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously and coordinate across teams

Technical Environment:

Our data infrastructure is built on modern cloud technologies including:

  • Azure Databricks + Data Factory (plus Fabric and Snowflake integrations)

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
