What’s the opportunity?

Make a significant impact in a company helping improve lives by enabling teams to launch and scale quality products. The mission of this role is to create and execute account-based marketing programs that create and build a sales and expansion pipeline for both the global sales and customer success teams. You will collaborate across teams to build and execute personalized marketing campaigns aimed at high-potential accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), data analytics, and personalized engagement strategies. Your goal is to drive revenue growth by fostering deep relationships with key accounts at scale.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop strategies to engage key accounts for both new business and expansion pipeline.
  • Create and launch segmented ABM programs across channels including paid, social media, email, and in-person events (occasional travel may be required). 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales and expansion teams to ensure a unified approach to account targeting and handoff. 
  • Launch engaging webinars with topics and speakers relevant to ABM accounts. 
  • Procure, promote, and manage all logistics for in-person gatherings ( dinners, roundtables, etc.) with target customers, partners, and prospect accounts. 
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as % of accounts engaged, SAO conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of target prospect and customer accounts and use this to create compelling, tailored content and marketing messages across all channels.
  • Coordinate with product and content marketing teams to ensure account plans align with broader company strategies, product releases, and evolving ICP.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, CS and others on the growth team to build a second-to-none buyer journey that delights prospects and customers.
  • Overall become an expert on our target customers and their needs; apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively engage them through the sales funnel.

What skills do I need?

  • 3-5 years experience in account-based marketing / growth marketing roles especially managing digital / in-person events and campaigns. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and AI tools to support ABM initiatives at scale.
  • Hands-on experience creating multi-channel marketing campaigns including hosting webinars, in-person events, digital advertising, email, direct mail,  etc. for target accounts. 
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-touchpoint campaigns.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive shared success metrics.
  • Experience driving accountability and enablement with sales reps to ensure fast follow up on high-intent accounts.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
  • Willingness to travel periodically to facilitate in-person events with target accounts.
