About the position

As an Analyst, Credit Execution, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the firm’s debt investments and ensuring effective ongoing asset management. Based in Sydney or Melbourne and reporting to the Director, Credit Execution, you will contribute to the full investment lifecycle — from due diligence and structuring through to settlement, monitoring, and investor reporting. This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business while developing your expertise in credit analysis, real estate investment, and debt structuring.

Key responsibilities

Investment Execution & Asset Management

• Undertake due diligence, including risk analysis of real estate investment and development projects, and perform cash flow/feasibility modelling and analysis.
• Prepare term sheets for prospective clients.
• Draft internal investment committee papers and present selected sections at committee meetings.
• Review or prepare information memorandums for financiers and investors.
• Manage conditions precedent (CPs) and the settlement process to achieve financial close.
• Oversee day-to-day borrower requirements, where applicable.
• Manage existing investments, including asset management, investor reporting, covenant monitoring, and handling variations or extensions.

Collaboration & Support

• Provide execution and asset management support to the Credit Execution team as required.
• Actively participate in internal and external meetings, contributing ideas and solutions.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Expand and leverage internal and external networks to support business outcomes.
• Deliver prompt, efficient, and responsive client service.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Minimum 12- 18 months of experience in finance, funds management, or a related field.
• A tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or similar; CFA/CA/CPA is a bonus.
• Some experience in credit analysis, debt structuring, or real estate valuations.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for real assets, private credit, or real estate investments is a plus.
