The Role 

The Senior Learning & Organizational Development Partner will play a key role in advancing the organization’s growth by leading strategic learning and development initiatives. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that build leadership capabilities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support team cohesion. As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create development programs that enhance employee performance and engagement. 

Your Day-to-Day 

  1. Partner with leadership to assess learning needs and design a comprehensive strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on development across all levels (including interpersonal, people management, and leadership skills). 
  2. Create and facilitate engaging, scalable training sessions in various formats (in-person, virtual, and blended), leveraging best practices to drive continuous improvement. 
  3. Offer tailored coaching and/or mediation in complex situations for individual contributors, managers, and executives to enhance their collaboration and leadership skills to drive high performance. 
  4. Develop and lead customized team-building sessions (in-person, virtual, and blended) to improve team alignment, communication, and productivity. 
  5. Act as a consultant on change management and team dynamics, implementing solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness. 

About You 

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field 
  • 10 or more years of experience in an organizational development, leadership development, or talent management role 
  • Vendor certification in at least one assessment tool (i.e. DISC, Birkman, change management, MBTI) 
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across various levels. 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging and inspiring adult learners. 
  • Strong proficiency in designing and facilitating customized team-building sessions that promote communication, trust, and collaboration. 
  • Ability to assess organizational needs, align L&D initiatives with business objectives, and develop long-term strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Expertise in creating, delivering, and managing impactful learning programs across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning. 
  • Strong coaching skills, with experience guiding leaders at various levels in developing their capabilities and enhancing team dynamics. 
  • Ability to navigate and support organizational change, with a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.

Salary: $200,000 to $280,000*

*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

  • Work from Home Equipment: Given our virtual environment— in order to set you up for success at home, a one-time payment of $2K will be provided to cover the purchase of in-home office equipment and furniture at your discretion. Also, our teams work with MacBook Pros, which we will deliver to you fully provisioned prior to your first day.
  • Paid Time Off: All employees accrue four weeks of PTO in their first year of employment.  New parents receive twelve weeks of fully paid parental leave which may be taken within one year after the birth and/or adoption of a child. The twelve weeks is applicable to both birthing and non-birthing parent.

  • Location: We are a remote-first company for most positions so you may work from anywhere you like in the U.S, excluding U.S. territories.  Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company gatherings.  Employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Providence, Rhode Island may commute to one of our local offices as desired.  
  • Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
