- Product Requirements Translation: Translate customer insight, application needs, and workflow requirements into clear, prioritized inputs for R&D. Partner on tradeoff decisions to ensure the roadmap aligns to the highest-value business opportunities.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that translate product attributes into compelling sales messages and application stories positioned to win.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead go-to-market planning for new applications, workflows, and capabilities, coordinating across marketing, sales, scientific affairs, and field applications to drive successful launches.
- Content & Sales Enablement: Create high-impact commercial content, including presentations, web copy, battlecards, case studies, white papers, and objection-handling tools, and equip Sales and Field Applications teams with the training and materials needed to communicate value consistently.
- Customer & Ecosystem Engagement: Engage directly with customers, key opinion leaders, early adopters, and partners through meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and field interactions to refine application strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a central point of coordination across R&D, application development, sales, operations, and marketing. Bring an ownership mindset, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and the agility to deliver results in a fast-moving startup environment.
