Senior UX/UI Design Specialist

As a Senior Designer, you will drive the design and development of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Your leadership in UX research, interaction design, and visual design will set the standard for the team, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceeding user expectations.

What We Are Looking For We need a seasoned design leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. You will define design strategies, mentor team members, and advocate for innovation and best practices across the organization.

Day-to-Day

  • Define and execute design strategies for the organization’s most critical projects.
  • Lead UX research efforts to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Create innovative and inclusive designs that adhere to accessibility standards.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
  • Monitor design performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
  • Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and accessibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies and how they influence design.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
