Business Analyst II

The mission of a Business Analyst II is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Technology teams by gathering and translating requirements into actionable plans, often using data analysis and modeling techniques. The Business Analyst II helps businesses make informed decisions and implement changes that align with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Definition:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements

  • Write user stories using INVEST methodology, addressing functional and non-functional aspects

  • Ensure requirements meet business needs and technical feasibility

Data Analysis & Visualization:

  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making

  • Create visualizations to support data-driven insights

Solution Design & Development:

  • Assist in data modeling and design

  • Support technical teams in solution development

Quality Assurance & Testing:

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quality delivery

  • Ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Engage in Agile methodologies to meet project timelines and priorities

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams for project alignment

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and monitor information security and data protection protocols

  • Ensure legal compliance for data integrity and availability (information assurance)

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technology solutions.

Qualifications:

Academic Background & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, technology, or a related discipline

Experience: 

  • 2 years of experience in areas like product management, project management, or even software development, and familiarity with digital product development and user experience.

Technical  Background (IT Languages, Tools, Methodologies):

  • Proficiency with Agile tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance management.

  • Intermediate skills in data visualization and modeling.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency with Agile tools and techniques.

  • Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance management.

  • Intermediate skills in data visualization and modeling.

People Skills:

  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal relationships.

  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

English Level: 

  • B2 or higher.
