Quality and Process Excellence Analyst
Focus: Business Process Architecture & SOP Design
Are you a master at turning operational chaos into structured, scalable workflows? At Aguila, we aren't looking for a software tester or a laboratory auditor. We need a Business Process Architect—someone who can build our "Source of Truth" from the ground up. Your mission is to ensure our legal operations are documented with such precision that they become the backbone of our scalability.
The Core of Your Role
Your daily focus is the integrity of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the architecture of our business workflows.
1. End-to-End SOP Mastery (Non-Negotiable) 📝
- Greenfield Documentation: You will create high-quality SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) from scratch, transforming "brain dumps" from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into logical, actionable manuals.
- Refinement & Maintenance: You are responsible for the version control and continuous updating of our process documentation to ensure it never becomes obsolete.
- Minimalist Standardization: You apply a "less is more" discipline—removing fluff to ensure SOPs are actionable tools, not just walls of text.
2. Systems Thinking & Gap Analysis 🔍
- Ripple Effect Analysis: You must understand how a change in Stage 1 documentation impacts reporting and metrics in Stage 5.
- Operational Audits: You won't just audit cases; you will audit the processes themselves to ensure the written "Source of Truth" matches the most efficient reality.
- Gap Identification: You have the skill to look at a current workflow and a target goal, then accurately map the "missing links" needed to get there.
3. Technical Mapping & Change Management ⚙️
- BPMN 2.0 Standards: Mastery of workflow mapping using Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro following formal BPMN 2.0 notation is required.
- Knowledge Transfer: You act as the bridge between management and the operational floor, ensuring all process updates are documented and ready for training.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Operational Experience: 2-3 years in Business Process Improvement or Operational Auditing. Note: This is not a Software/IT QA role.
- SOP Portfolio: You must demonstrate a portfolio of created SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Maps.
- Industry Context: At least 1 year of experience as a Case Preparator in Legal Lines is highly desirable to understand our core business.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/White Belt), ISO 9001, or ASQ CQPA.
- Tech Stack: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for analytical requests and experience with version-control systems like SharePoint or Confluence.
Amazing Benefits Include:
- Health Insurance
- Dental Coverage
- Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave
- Life Insurance
Work Environment:
Location: Colombia - On-Site
Schedule: Full-Time
Why Join Us?
We value a "minimalist" approach to documentation—removing the noise to ensure our SOPs are tools for action, not just walls of text.
