Quality and Process Excellence (QA)
The Process Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our operations through strategic documentation. This role ensures that every stage of our case management meets high-quality standards while simultaneously managing the "Source of Truth"—our process documentation. You will identify gaps in execution and refine our standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
-
SOP Management: Create, update, and maintain all process documentation, ensuring it aligns with the standards established during the most recent operational reviews.
-
Standardization: Ensure that all workflows are documented in a clear, accessible, and uniform manner across the organization.
-
Process Audits: Occasionally, audit the processes themselves (not just the cases) to ensure the written documentation still reflects the most efficient way to work.
-
Change Management: Act as the bridge between management and the floor when new process updates are rolled out, ensuring documentation is ready for training.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Technical Documentation: Demonstrated portfolio of created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Process Maps using BPMN 2.0 standards.
-
Software Proficiency: Mastery of workflow mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro, and document version-control systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
-
Change Management: Experience in Prosci or ADKAR models—knowing how to document a process so that people actually adopt it.
-
Project Management: Background in Agile or Waterfall methodologies to manage the rollout of new standards.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-
Experience: 2-3 year of experience in auditing, quality control, or process improvement roles (desirable). At least 1 year of experience as a Case Preparator in any of the Legal Lines.
-
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Yellow/White Belt, ISO 9001 certification, or ASQ Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) - (desirable)
-
Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and advanced Excel/data visualization tools. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analytical requests.
Core Competencies & Skills
-
Systems Thinking: The ability to see the "Ripple Effect"—understanding that changing a step in Stage 1 will break a reporting metric in Stage 5.
-
Synthesizing Information: Taking "brain dumps" from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and distilling them into clean, logical, and easy-to-read instructions.
-
Standardization Discipline: A "minimalist" approach to documentation—removing fluff to ensure SOPs are actionable, not just a wall of text.
-
Gap Analysis: The skill to look at a current workflow and a target goal, then accurately identify the "missing links" required to get there.
