The Tech Stack You’ll Master

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Architecture: Build and vet complex financial analyses. You’ll ensure that every report aligns perfectly with project objectives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to validate inputs and outputs.

• Global Budget Leadership: Own the construction and maintenance of firm-wide budgets for our global entities. You’ll use Vena FP&A to create sophisticated "Budgets vs. Actuals" reports for senior leadership.

• Advanced Business Modeling: Develop comprehensive business cases to drive high-stakes decisions. This includes Project ROI, cash flow projections, scenario planning, and regression analysis.

• Financial "Deep Dives": Conduct ad-hoc audits and expense reviews across different countries, acting as a financial detective to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Workforce Synergy: Partner closely with HR to maintain real-time workforce planning, ensuring our headcount growth aligns with rolling forecasts and budget constraints.

• Systems Innovation: Act as a key administrator for our financial software, configuring workflows, managing dimensions, and coordinating with external consultants to keep our tech stack at peak performance.
