Salesforce Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Location: Colombia - Remote

Salary: $8.800.000 COP Gross / Month

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Weekends and Colombian holidays off).

Are you a bridge builder between business logic and technical execution? We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who understands how to translate operational challenges into powerful Salesforce functional requirements.

If you have experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and designing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (and want to avoid the "Senior" over-management while scaling your career), this is for you!

📍 The Role

As our Salesforce Business Analyst, your mission is to ensure our technical team builds exactly what the business needs. This is not a support or customer service role; it is a tactical, analytical position.

Requirements Elicitation: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract and document business needs.
Agile Documentation: Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria using the INVEST methodology specifically for Salesforce enhancements.
Process Mapping: Analyze, model, and optimize business processes before they are translated into technical configurations.
UAT Leadership: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and guide business users through validation phases.

✅ Your Profile

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience strictly as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds).
Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum, data workflows, and business process modeling (BPMN).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. (Salesforce Certifications like Certified Administrator or Business Analyst are highly valued, but not mandatory if you have the hands-on experience).
Language: English level B2 (Capable of fluid professional conversations and technical documentation).
