Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 PM (Weekends and Colombian holidays off).

In this role, your technical ownership and commitment to best practices will be key. We are looking for someone who doesn't just write code but ensures it is robust, tested, and ready for scale.

🎯 Mandatory Core Requirements:

Continuous Integration (CI): Deep experience and passion for CI/CD pipelines are essential to our workflow.
Unit Testing & QA: This is a top priority. We need engineers who are committed to thorough testing to ensure bug-free functionality.
Full-Stack & Back-End Mastery: Proven experience developing with Node.js, Nest.js, and front-end frameworks like Nuxt, Vue, or React.
SQL Server: Proficiency in database management using SQL is a must for this position.

🛠️ The Tech Stack & Responsibilities:

Modern Development: Build efficient solutions using modern frameworks.
Version Control: Expert use of Git (GitHub/Azure) for source code and branch management.
Clean Architecture: Strong knowledge of SOLID and DRY principles.
AI Tools (Big Plus): Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to optimize your workflow is highly valued.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in software engineering or development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Communication: English level B1 or higher and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
