Partner Marketing Manager

Remote, USA

About Quilt

Quilt is building the modern home energy system, starting with HVAC. Its first product, a ductless heat pump, is the smartest way to heat and cool your home: 20% more efficient than comparable ductless heat pumps, with sleek, architectural design, intuitive room-by-room control, and radar-based occupancy detection. Every Quilt system is sold and installed by a Quilt Certified Partner, a vetted network of HVAC professionals across the U.S. and Canada.

The Role

We're hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own marketing for and to our Certified Partner network. This is a hybrid role: part campaign management, part channel ownership, part product adoption marketing. You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing and the Partner Success team to make sure every partner has what they need to market Quilt effectively, and to make sure new product rollouts land with real partner adoption behind them.

You'll operate as an independent contributor. This is a build-and-run role, not a manage-a-team role. You should be comfortable owning execution end to end.

What You'll Do

Partner Marketing Enablement

  • Own the rollout of Quilt's twice-yearly partner marketing campaigns and promotions, from planning through partner-facing execution
  • Run weekly training calls with partners on new marketing channels, assets, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Partner Success to ensure partners have what they need to drive their own qualified lead and install volume
  • Build and maintain a library of partner-ready marketing assets (co-branded creative, campaign kits, sales collateral)
Partner-Facing Channel Management
  • Own the monthly partner newsletter, from content planning to send
  • Manage and grow Quilt's partner Facebook group and Instagram broadcast channel as engagement and enablement tools
  • Build out new partner-facing social content, at Quilt.com/Partners and YouTube, aimed at attracting prospective partners to the Certified Partner Program
  • Monitor channel performance and iterate on content strategy based on what drives partner engagement and program growth

Product Adoption Marketing

  • Partner closely with the Partner Success and Product teams on the marketing strategy behind new program and feature rollouts (Quilt Tools, Toolbox, and future releases)
  • Build adoption campaigns that drive partner usage of Quilt's software products, connecting adoption directly to homeowner lead generation and installs
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for cross-functional rollout planning with Partner Success

What Success Looks Like

  • Partner engagement with marketing assets and campaigns increases measurably
  • Partner-driven homeowner lead volume grows
  • New product and feature adoption rates among partners increase following coordinated marketing pushes
  • Partner-facing channels (newsletter, website, Facebook group, Instagram, YouTube) show sustained growth in engagement and new partner interest

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a few years in HVAC, home services, or a related trade/contractor-facing industry (required)
  • Generalist marketing skill set: comfortable moving between campaign management, channel/content ownership, and program marketing without needing a specialist team
  • Strong hands-on channel management skills across email/newsletter, community platforms (Facebook groups), and social (Instagram, YouTube)
  • Comfort working as an independent contributor who can plan and execute without a team underneath them
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially working alongside Partner Success, Sales, and Product
  • A track record of connecting marketing activity to downstream revenue metrics (leads, installs, adoption)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Braze, Salesforce, or similar partner/customer marketing platforms
  • Video or content creation skills for YouTube and social

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
