About the Role

We're looking for a versatile General Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting three key areas of our marketing strategy: customer engagement, growth optimization, and content development. This multifaceted role will allow you to develop diverse marketing skills while making a measurable impact across digital channels.

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll craft compelling copy for various platforms, optimize conversion points using data-driven strategies, and develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience. You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple marketing channels including email, landing pages, SMS, in-app messaging, and social media.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can apply both creative and analytical thinking to drive marketing results, we'd love to meet you.

What You Will Do

  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including quarterly newsletters and lead nurtures
  • Develop and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns and content offers
  • Craft SMS and in-app messaging to support customer communications
  • Write copy for various channels (emails, landing pages, social media, ads, CTAs, etc.)
  • Leverage CRO best practices to continuously monitor, test, and optimize high-impact conversion points

Our Ideal Candidate

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong motivation to learn and grow – You’re curious, open-minded, and actively seek new skills in CRO, user experience, and digital experimentation.
  • Self-sufficient and accountable – You can manage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized without needing daily check-ins.
  • Analytical mindset – Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into actionable ideas.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing – You have some exposure to experimentation or a strong desire to learn how to design, run, and evaluate tests.
  • User-focused thinking – Awareness of user experience (UX) principles and the customer journey across digital touchpoints. (bonus)
  • Strong communication skills – Able to express ideas clearly, both in writing and when collaborating with team members across departments.
  • Technical curiosity – Not afraid of working with digital tools, basic CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, or light troubleshooting.
  • Team player attitude – Collaborative, respectful, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment while working independently when needed.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Semrush
  • Exposure to landing page optimization, content editing, or copywriting
  • Basic familiarity with working alongside designers and developers

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work environment options.
  • Paid time off, 401k investment opportunity, and an engaging, collaborative company culture.

Salary - $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
