Fulfillment Technician
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Fulfillment Technician to join our team. This logistics role will focus on computer hardware shipping, monitoring inventory levels, and providing general administrative assistance to our order fulfillment team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth shipping operations and maintaining our merchant customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Shipping Logistics: Coordinate and manage the shipment of products to customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and tracking shipments.
- Receiving: Receive and document incoming inventory to help ensure adequate stock and accurate inventory tracking
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with other departments to address their inquiries, provide them with shipping updates, and offer logistical support to help them provide customers an exceptional experience
- Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including data entry and the organization of inventory and shipping supplies.
- Support Company-wide Projects & Initiatives: Collaborate with other internal teams, ranging from product development to sales to technical support, to support and improve new and existing projects and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or fulfillment associate.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work closely with others in a small team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with shipping logistics and tools like UPS Worldship and Salesforce
- Ability to lift and move 50 lb boxes.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.

Salary: $19/hour
