Retention Marketing Manager

Job Description: Drive the email/SMS flow testing calendar, ideating on ways to position quince products and continuously test messaging to improve performance. Set up a multitude of email & SMS tests across triggers and transactional messages to drive statistically significant improvements in click-through rate and Revenue/visit. Work with data science team to reveal drivers of high lifetime value and repeat purchase and develop strategies to reinforce and apply those insights across the customer database. Design a best-in-class segmentation strategy using demographic data, purchase history, customer engagement and more. Work with data science to develop and implement product recommendations in emails to be deployed to millions of customers with each campaign. Telecommuting permissible from any location within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Marketing, Finance or in the related role or job offered.

Experience and/or education must include: 

1. HTML to create email templates and configure product feed catalogue to dynamically fetch attributes to personalize communications at scale
2. Iterable platform and its Handlebars coding language to create dynamic content in emails
3. Bayesian statistical modeling and measurement to conduct a/b tests on campaigns
4. Looker to digest Snowflake data lakes from 3rd party platforms Iterable and Attentive to create custom reporting dashboards to monitor performance
5. Looker to join data tables and ingest data across platforms to create a universal view of key metrics
6. Attentive Short Message Service journey builder to create campaigns and run experiments on campaigns
7. Iterable and their Software Development Kit to run mobile app marketing programs
