THE ROLE
Strategy & Operations Lead
We are hiring upcoming MBA graduates who want to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization and who possess strong problem-solving skills, operate with an analytical mindset, and drive hard to achieve outsized business results. This is a flexible-placement opportunity, where candidates will be matched to a team based on both Quince’s business priorities as well as their personal interests and prior work experiences.
Strategy & Operations at Quince:

Available Team Placements
Candidates may express preference for up to two teams. Whether it’s driving growth in Marketing, building new categories in Merchandising, scaling our global supply chain, or innovating in Product and Data, you’ll be an entrepreneur who moves fast and delivers real impact. The position is located in our Palo Alto office and requires four days per week in the office.

Qualifications
- Current or recent MBA graduate; class of 2026 preferred
- 3 - 6 years of prior professional experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, tech, retail or other related fields
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Process and detail oriented
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to new problem sets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for scaling businesses and delivering value and a world-class experience to customers

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
Pay Range
$165,000 - $165,000 USD
