Senior Data Analyst - Performance Marketing

Job Duties:

Last Brand, Inc. d/b/a Quince seeks a Senior Data Analyst - Performance Marketing to analyze large-scale marketing datasets from multiple channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, affiliate) using statistical and computational techniques to evaluate performance, identify key trends, and optimize return on investment (ROI).

  • Develop and maintain predictive and econometric models, including marketing mix models and attribution frameworks, to quantify the incremental impact of each marketing channel on conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to assess the effectiveness of ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies, applying rigorous statistical validation methods.
  • Create and automate data pipelines and dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing performance and customer behavior for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms and forecasting techniques to predict customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion probability, and channel performance trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data engineering, finance, and product) to integrate data sources, ensure data quality, and align analytical insights with business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear data visualization, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine analytical methodologies to improve modeling accuracy, scalability, and business impact.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Marketing Science, Data Science, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered, or in a data analytics-related occupation.

Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Building and analyzing scalable analytics solutions, including the automation of marketing data pipelines and dashboards using Python, SQL, advanced Excel formulas, and BI tools (e.g. Looker); Owning the end-to-end analytical process, including analysis design, data extraction and analysis, modeling, visualization, and insight presentation; and A/B testing.

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range

$168,917 - $177,000 USD
