Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

We are seeking a proactive Fulfillment Operations Manager to optimize our fulfillment operations and drop ship supplier relationships as we continue to scale. In this role, you will manage a variety of vendors across our fulfillment center operations. Your efforts will drive performance improvements, streamline logistics operations, and ensure timely order fulfillment, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for our same day fulfillment center operations and dropship vendor relationships.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and achieve a 3-5 day order-to-delivery cycle from overseas.
  • Develop enhanced dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with engineering to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fulfillment workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fulfillment metrics, operational performance, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics roles, with a focus in small parcel and ecommerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and driving efficiencies in fulfillment operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $140,000 USD
