OUR STORY

Quince was started to challenge the existing idea that nice things should cost a lot. Our mission was simple: create an item of equal or greater quality than the leading luxury brands and sell them at a much lower price.

OUR VALUES

Customer First. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

High Quality. True quality is a combination of premium materials and high production standards that everyone can feel good about.

Essential design. We don’t chase trends, and we don’t sell everything.  We’re expert curators that find the very best and bring it to you at the lowest prices.

Always a better deal. Through innovation and real price transparency we want to offer the best deal to both our customers and our factory partners.

Environmentally and Socially conscious.  We’re committed to sustainable materials and sustainable production methods. That means a cleaner environment and fair wages for factory workers.

Ideal Candidate:
The Brand Stylist will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of the brand across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in product presentation, campaign styling, and editorial content. This individual will lead the styling for ad campaigns, product pages, and creative assets, collaborating closely with the merchandising and creative teams to ensure that all looks are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with customer preferences and product availability.

Responsibilities:
    • Ad Campaign Styling: Lead the styling for seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring that all visuals communicate a consistent and compelling brand story.
    • Product Page Styling: Style products for e-commerce pages, ensuring that each item is presented in a way that highlights its best features, matches customer expectations, and drives conversions. This includes styling products on models or flat-lay images to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
    • Visual Consistency Across Product Pages: Ensure consistent styling across all product categories and images, maintaining the same attention to detail, color palette, and presentation style to create a uniform shopping experience.
    • On-Model and Off-Model Styling: Select appropriate models and create on-brand looks that resonate with the target audience. For off-model imagery, style products in flat-lay or still-life formats to highlight product details and attributes.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the merchandising team to stay up-to-date on inventory levels, product launches, and customer demand to ensure that styling reflects available and high-priority stock.
    • Maintaining Brand Consistency: Ensure that all styled imagery, from product pages to campaigns, adheres to brand guidelines, including tone, color schemes, and overall aesthetic. This involves reviewing the final images to confirm they are in line with the brand’s visual identity before publication.
    • Flat/Laydown Styling: Create editorial and product page laydowns/flat lays that are innovative and follow brand guidelines.
    • Product Presentation Standards: Establish clear guidelines for product styling that align with the company’s brand vision, ensuring consistency across all products and categories on the website.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to bring fresh ideas to styling while staying true to the brand's identity.
    • Post-Shoot Review: Review and approve product imagery to ensure consistency and quality, conducting re-shoots when necessary to maintain high standards.
    • Efficient Workflow: Build efficient processes for styling product shoots, ensuring that products are styled, shot, and ready for the website in a timely manner to meet marketing and promotional deadlines.

Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a stylist in e-commerce, retail, or fashion, with a strong portfolio of product and campaign styling.
    • A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to translate these into on-brand styling decisions.
    • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure consistent visual presentation across multiple platforms.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising and creative teams.
    • Experience directing photo shoots, particularly for product pages and campaigns.
    • Must be onsite in SF office 5 days a week
