OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS 

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for solution design and project implementation with cross functions based on global instructions or logistics network expansion in APAC. 
• Work on intermediated logistics solutions/services given to both manufactories and end users by leveraging the most competitive resources as well as the best logistics partners/options, to ensure advanced SLA/KPIs achievement given to warehouse inbound globally as well as warehouse outbound fulfillment, specifically for warehouse design/planning (better with automation), 1st mile and freight network optimization, etc. 
• Be responsible for SOP, KPIs, SLA, performance dashboard, product BRD through integrated services, etc. 
• Reports & data analysis based on various data collection, and generate performance analysis, well-reasoned improvement suggestions, operating metrics and operation PnL. 
• Routing table logic development together with Product/ENG. 
• Enhance global 1st mile operational efficiency as well as warehouse fulfillment effectiveness by continuous improvement on daily operations and significantly reducing costs.
• Facilitate the collaboration across departments to ensure the timely completion of all tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates with 8+ years of working experience in logistics or supply chain industry, and familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics operations. 
• Bachelor's degree or above and proficient in English reading, writing and communication.
• Good logic thinking and solution design capabilities with necessary industrial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills, with excellent result orientation and stress resistance.
• Excellent in data analysis, with the ability to write data analysis reports and the capability to conceptualize data visualization.
• Strong project and process management.
