Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
As Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner to senior leadership working closely to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, and critical priorities are executed in a thoughtful and organized manner. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high performance environment. You will manage the schedule, serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and support the Executive across a wide range of activities and follow ups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar & Time Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, and making adjustments as needed to align with changing priorities.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as a liaison between the Executive and key internal teams, business partners, investors, and other stakeholders. Effectively communicate the Executive’s requests, requirements, and priorities, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Communication & Representation: Exhibit strong business acumen and professionalism when representing leaders internally and externally. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, leveraging high emotional intelligence to navigate different situations and demands.
- Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, exercising sound judgment to drive work forward while knowing when to escalate issues. Comfortable working against shifting and competing priorities, maintaining focus and efficiency
- Project Coordination & Follow-up: Assist with preparing materials for meetings. Support the Executive in ensuring timely execution of important activities and projects, including tracking deadlines, organizing resources, and timely escalation of issues.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive company information and other information related to the Executive and company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting senior level Executives across multiple domains, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment
- Proficiency in high-volume proactive scheduling, coordinating global travel & expenses
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack and other productivity tools
- This role is in office in Palo Alto 5 days a week
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range
$135,000 - $185,000 USD
