OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS
Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QC operations at the factories, including the inspections of raw materials, in-process / in-line production and finished goods.
- Provide guidance to manufacturing partners’ QC and production on in-line production quality control, assisting first production qualification, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
- Prepare and submit reports on quality control activities, including inspection results, audits, and non-conformance reports
- Ensure factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by providing accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of proven experience in quality control. Ideally in consumer goods or retail industries.
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different partners
- Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in a manufacturing environment.
We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
Pay Range
$1 - $50 USD
