Job Description:
- Oversee 3PL Operations: Manage daily warehouse and fulfillment operations with third-party logistics (3PL) provider in Mexico, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Monitor SLAs & Performance Metrics: Track and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) for order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Outbound Fulfillment Optimization & Performance Management: Oversee order fulfillment efficiency, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping while optimizing cost, speed, and carrier selection. Continuously analyze fulfillment performance and drive improvements in on-time shipments and order accuracy
- Inbound & Receiving Management: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth inbound freight flow. Monitor receiving processes to minimize delays, improve putaway speed, and ensure inventory accuracy upon arrival.
- Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with inventory teams to manage stock levels, minimize stockouts, and ensure accurate inventory transfers between warehouses.
- Issue Resolution & Escalations: Identify and resolve fulfillment issues, including delayed shipments, mispicks, and damaged goods, escalating to carriers or warehouse partners as needed.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize fulfillment speed, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technology & System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize WMS, OMS, and ERP integrations for seamless order processing and visibility.
- Carrier & Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with shipping carriers and vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with fulfillment requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain key reports on fulfillment performance, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, planning, and engineering teams to proactively address fulfillment challenges and improve the end-to-end supply chain.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers in a high-volume ecommerce environment, with a strong track record of driving performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Proven experience overseeing warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and performance management metrics related to fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Experience with cross-border logistics or managing 3PLs located in Mexico or Latin America is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of WMS, OMS, and ERP systems, with experience leading or supporting systems integration and process automation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues, including mispicks, shipment delays, and inventory discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms to monitor and improve performance.

Pay Range
$1,566,032 - $1,957,218 MXN
