Summary
Quince is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager, 1st Mile OPS & Implementations to lead and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and SLAs. This role involves collaboration with manufacturing vendors and 1st mile partners, requiring a proactive, results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage 1st mile arrangements and operations from major origin countries to global fulfillment centers.
- Design and manage SOPs, driving operational excellence according to KPIs and SLAs.
- Support local factories in booking pickups and assigning logistics partners based on selection logic.
- Ensure smooth operations from pickup to delivery at global fulfillment centers, including international freight and import clearance.
- Collaborate with logistics procurement on freight solution development and partner collaborations.
- Track cross-border transportation to ensure service levels are met by logistics partners.
- Address operational issues proactively, working with internal and external parties to find solutions.
- Work with logistics product and technology teams to develop intermediated logistics solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to generate performance reports and improvement suggestions.
- Participate in new logistics programs as part of Quince's global expansion plan.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with familiarity in cross-border e-commerce logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication.
- Strong logical thinking and solution design capabilities with industry acumen.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on results and stress resistance.
- Expertise in data analysis, including report writing and data visualization.
- Strong project and process management skills.

Pay Range
$1 - $2 USD
