THE ROLE

Insert Role Title

Quince’s B2B business sells bulk quantities of blank or customized Quince products to other businesses for corporate swag and uniforms. The business is entering a critical scale phase of growth: currently at mid eight-figure in GMV, scaling to nine-figure GMV in 2026. To support this growth, we are building a dedicated B2B fulfillment operation and expanding our in-house decoration operation by opening a new decoration facility in Los Angeles with 8-figure units/day capacity.

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic operator to build, scale, and relentlessly optimize our B2B fulfillment and decoration operations from the ground up. This role will own the end-to-end process for storing, picking, packing, and decorating products at scale across 2 locations, one in Los Angeles and one in Hong Kong, while leading multi-site teams and partnering closely with engineering, our decoration program leader, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the B2B fulfillment operation team at our Los Angeles warehouse, taking the operation from 0 to 1 and beyond. Build and scale an in-house decoration team and facility within the warehouse that can process 10,000 units/day in 6 months.
  • Oversee our up-and-running customization operation in Hong Kong, scaling the team from 2 to 10K units a day while ensuring consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a dedicated B2B fulfilment process path distinct from D2C, including inventory storage, picking, packing, and decoration workflows.
  • Lead scale and optimize in-house decoration capabilities (embroidery, screen-printing) overseeing on-the-ground operations managers.
  • Execute on multi-tenant fulfilment operations (operational and technical) to enable distinct packaging and VAS for B2B sales of Quince logistics and fulfilment as a service in H2 2026.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to define and implement WMS and OMS requirements that support B2B complexity and growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement across labor productivity, throughput, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Define the KPIs and scorecards to measure your operations.
  • Partner with Decoration Program Lead who owns decoration program and offering, order management system, machine and materials procurement/standardization, quality, cost to execute on the decoration Program vision at scale
  • Lead capacity planning including labor and space as facility footprint scales from ~10K to 50K+ square feet, and from 0 to 20K+ units/day.
  • Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and reporting to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

This role will directly manage:

  • Hong Kong Ops Manager: leads the Hong Kong decoration team
  • Los Angeles Ops Manager (to be hired): leads the US decoration team

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience building and scaling B2B warehouse and fulfillment operations, ideally from early-stage to high-growth.
  • Experience managing an operations and personnel budget and negotiating with vendors.
  • Experience overseeing multiple sites, including smaller facilities (10K–50K sq ft) that are scaling rapidly.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations at all levels, from associate workflows to systems (WMS/OMS).
  • Strong systems thinker who is confident partnering with Engineering on operational and technical requirements.
  • Experience with value-added services (e.g., decoration, kitting, customization) is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented operator with the ability to zoom out and design scalable processes.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment five days per week.
  • Customer obsessed, with an emphasis on quality and on-time delivery.
