THE ROLE

Senior Site Merchandiser

We are seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser to join our growing team. The Senior Site Merchandiser will play a critical role in executing and optimizing our regional on-site customer journey, ensuring that content and local merchandising strategies align with brand goals and drive customer engagement and conversion. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day content updates, homepage refreshes, and collection landing page (CLP) curation through our CMS platform (Contentful) across 6 environments - web, mobile and app in both French and English. 

Success in this role means delivering an inspiring and seamless customer experience, interpreting site performance metrics to inform changes, and maximizing the effectiveness of our site merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and data-driven executor with a passion for digital retail, an understanding of site functionalities, and a keen eye for both creative and analytical problem-solving.

The person in this role will bring the following attributes to the team:

  • Experience in eCommerce and digital merchandising
  • Strong familiarity with CMS tools, especially Contentful
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from site analytics
  • Organized self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying site improvements
  • Deep understanding of user experience and digital best practices
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong executional follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day homepage updates, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and brand-aligned
  • Curate and maintain Collection Landing Pages (CLPs) to support seasonal campaigns, regional product launches, and regional marketing strategies
  • Leverage CMS tools (primarily Contentful) to publish, edit, and optimize on-site content
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, merchandising, and analytics) to align site content with campaign objectives and product priorities
  • Monitor and analyze site metrics (traffic, CTR, bounce rate, conversion, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and drive continuous improvements
  • Support new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional moments through thoughtful site merchandising
  • Troubleshoot content issues and conduct regular QA to ensure an optimal site experience that is also on-brand 
  • Stay informed on digital merchandising trends, UX/UI best practices, and industry benchmarks

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Role is based in Toronto, with 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in office requirement
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in site merchandising, eCommerce, or digital content management
  • Hands-on experience using a CMS - Contentful experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with site performance tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and use insights to guide merchandising decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment

 

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $130,000 CAD
