THE ROLE
Sr. Manager, Tech Recruiting
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Tech Recruiting to join our global talent team, with a focus on building high-quality tech & engineering pipelines, partnering closely with global tech stakeholders, and driving end-to-end recruitment for our Bangalore tech hub. At Quince, we are a technology company first and a retail company second. The ideal candidate has strong experience hiring top-tier technical talent across the India market, a deep understanding of the local engineering landscape, and a proven ability to influence, manage, and calibrate with global leaders. This role requires exceptional leadership capability, sound judgment on high-caliber hiring standards, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-visibility searches while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Required:

10-12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading technical recruiting teams and 5+ years hiring specialized software engineering talent in the India market (Bangalore preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to leverage data rigor, recruiting dashboards, and key operating metrics (like funnel efficiency and hiring delivery vs. plan) to diagnose process blockers and optimize outcomes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating with global stakeholders and calibrating with hiring managers to establish high-caliber hiring standards.

Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment where agility, prompt execution, and responsiveness are highly valued.

Demonstrated commitment to recruitment operations and data integrity, with a track record of consistently maintaining ATS systems and running tight, structured searches to ensure an accurate talent pipeline.
Preferred:

Experience hiring for proprietary AI-driven systems, automated technology environments, or complex, high-scale engineering organizations.

Previous experience in a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce tech environment.

Experience scaling engineering hubs from the ground up or leading talent acquisition for a company undergoing rapid expansion or industry leading milestones
