THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) to lead the development of Quince’s next-generation planning platform.

In this role, you’ll own the systems that connect demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and purchase order execution across our global operations. You’ll sit at the intersection of supply chain and technology, building AI-powered capabilities that enable smarter, faster, and more precise planning decisions.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll define the future of planning at Quince—driving improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory health, and operational efficiency while partnering closely with teams across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and scale Quince’s end-to-end S&OP planning platform
  • Build ML-driven demand forecasting and planning capabilities
  • Develop supply planning and PO optimization workflows, including automated replenishment
  • Design inventory allocation strategies across a multi-node warehouse network
  • Establish a unified planning data model and integrate systems across key functions
  • Launch AI-powered features such as demand sensing, anomaly detection, and scenario simulation
  • Modernize the PO lifecycle, including vendor integrations and production tracking
  • Build dashboards and tools for forecasting, inventory health, and operational performance
  • Drive cross-functional S&OP processes, including weekly and monthly planning cadences
  • Define technology strategy, including build vs. buy decisions for planning tools
  • Own and improve key metrics like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and stockout rates

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management building planning, supply chain, or operations technology platforms
  • Deep knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, or supply chain systems (ERP/MRP/APS)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI/ML-powered planning or forecasting products
  • Technical fluency in data systems, APIs, and modern architectures
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL and forecasting experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC businesses with global supply chains
  • Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP)
  • Experience with demand sensing or ML-based forecasting
  • Knowledge of vendor systems, PO workflows, or production tracking
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range
