About the job:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Lead will be responsible for leading the recruitment processes for one-off operations structures, and ensuring the hiring of top talent. They will act as the key point of contact for operations leadership, taking a consultative and strategic approach to align hiring needs with the company’s long-term vision.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Ability to lead and develop recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous growth;
- Recruiting and Senior Stakeholder Management Experience: Strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including working closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, essential for building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear, straightforward and effective communication.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Capable of using data and metrics to make informed decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and offer strategic solutions that improve the hiring process.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
- Hands-on: Willingness to be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from strategy development to execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely hires.
- Must Have: Advanced English / Nice to Have: Advanced Spanish.
