Location & Hybrid Work Model for hybrid positions
Our People team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo, SP - Vila Madalena, 1 week every 3 months.

About the Role
As a Compensation Specialist, you will work in the following areas:
- Developing and Reviewing Compensation Strategies: Develop and update strategies and compensation-related tables, including salary ranges and short- and long-term incentives, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Project Management for Rewards Implementations: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new compensation and rewards programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- LATAM Governance: Monitor local labor laws, tax regulations, and economic factors to ensure compensation practices remain competitive in LATAM. Stay updated on new legislative and regulatory developments, adjusting policies and practices accordingly.
- Job Structure and Evaluation: Evaluate positions within the organization to determine their relative standing in the compensation structure based on criteria such as responsibilities, competencies, skills, personality traits, and motivators.
- Short-Term Incentive Program Management: Oversee the company's short-term incentive program, focusing on strategy development, budget oversight, communication, and ensuring alignment with company policy and global best practices.
- Compensation Program Education: Responsible for implementing educational programs about the company’s compensation products. This includes creating informational materials, conducting training sessions and workshops, and providing ongoing support to clarify employee inquiries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with compensation; preference in LATAM countries in Argentina, Mexico, and Peru. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies is a plus (KornFerry, Mercer, WTW).
- Proven experience in project management, specifically leading the implementation of compensation and rewards programs from design to execution.
- Experience with salary survey tools and compensation systems (Oracle or Workday).
- Analytical skills, with the ability to create formulas and metrics to extract actionable insights.
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with various stakeholders.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Good communication in English and Spanish is a plus.
