Location & Remote Work

Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About the role:

As a Staff Content Designer, you will shape the content strategy and user experience across the QuintoAndar platform, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in communication. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives that directly influence the overall user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is a remote role, perfect for you if you are a seasoned content designer, known for your craft and ability to create compelling, user-centered messaging. You should excel in collaboration, be comfortable leading complex projects, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality content experiences.

In this role you'll be part of the Fintech team and will be responsible for co-leading the construction of experiences and solutions, working alongside individuals from product, engineering, data, and also product design.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in building fluid conversational experiences across different channels, for various content formats (beyond text), diverse audiences, and different needs. To achieve this, you must apply various design and research methodologies throughout the process, integrating them with AI techniques and tools.

The role of a Staff Content Designer must go far beyond writing, with room for us to refine and evolve the ways of working together. Our goal is to create disproportionate impact and innovation in conversational design by crafting experiences and services across different layers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for shaping the content strategy across multiple products, ensuring consistency, clarity, and user-centered messaging that enhances the overall experience.
  • Lead the development of content guidelines, defining tone, voice, and messaging frameworks to maintain consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on building conversational experiences that connect different channels, users and needs, ensuring fluency and quality.
  • Collaborate on developing experiences that apply AI throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to create content that aligns with both user needs and business goals.
  • Drive content design decisions through data-driven insights, user research, and continuous testing to ensure content is effective and impactful.
  • Advocate for content design within the company, helping other teams understand the value of thoughtful, user-centered messaging in creating seamless experiences.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for complex product features, ensuring it resonates with users and improves task completion.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing content strategy recommendations based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate in Content Ops initiatives, driving the optimization of content workflows and processes, identifying and implementing tools, systems, and practices that streamline content creation, review, and distribution across teams, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in content design, continually improving your craft and sharing insights with the team to elevate overall content quality.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in content design, UX writing, product design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in crafting user-centered, high-impact content.
  • Expertise in content strategy, with a deep understanding of how content influences user behavior and drives business outcomes.
  • Experience with conducting user research, testing, and using data to inform content decisions, continuously improving messaging based on user feedback.
  • Ability to develop and maintain content style guides, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks that ensure consistency.
  • Experience in Content Ops, optimizing content workflows, and driving operational efficiencies through the use of tools, systems, and processes.
  • In-depth understanding of content accessibility standards, ensuring that all user-facing copy is inclusive and accessible to a diverse audience.
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data and researchers to create seamless and cohesive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate content design decisions and advocate for content strategy within the broader organization.
  • Experience in projects using AI.
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
