About the Team

We are looking for a Senior Brand Analyst (Campaigns) to join our Brand team. This person will report to the Brand Manager and will play an essential role in supporting and executing brand communication campaigns, ensuring excellence, compliance with guidelines, and alignment with the company's strategy. This is a hands-on and collaborative position, ideal for professionals with consolidated experience in the end-to-end execution of communication projects and other special projects (B2C and B2B).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand codes and business objectives.
  • Actively collaborate in the creation of briefings and the coordination of agencies and internal teams (Creative, PR, Media), striving for excellence in the execution of deliverables.
  • Lead the communication flow in more complex projects, acting as a focal point for the integration of partner areas (Content, Media, PR, Product, Commercial, CX).
  • Lead less complex campaigns (such as specific influencer projects or content actions for B2B), from strategy to execution and final results reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimizations for the evolution of results.
  • Develop and present final campaign reports alongside the project leader.
  • Support the control and monitoring of production and media budgets, ensuring resource efficiency.
  • Monitor relevant brand and media KPIs, assisting in translating results into actionable learnings.

 

Requirements

  • Consistent prior experience in marketing (as a client/advertiser), preferably in companies with consolidated brands.
  • Proven experience in the execution and monitoring of brand campaigns, with experience in briefing and results analysis.
  • Experience in the relationship with advertising/creative agencies and internal creative teams.
  • Experience in monitoring production budget and media investments.
  • Knowledge of brand KPIs (e.g., awareness, consideration) and media metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, CTR).
  • Proactive, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills to ensure the project development process is fluid.
