Location & Remote Work

Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our most critical infrastructure transformations: centralizing our massive communication ecosystem into a unified, governed, and scalable platform.

Currently, we send over 100 million monthly communications. These touchpoints are the heartbeat of our user experience, but they are currently fragmented. Your mission is to migrate this entire flow into a new tool, creating a "single source of truth" for customer engagement that balances operational excellence with a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Relevant and mature experience as a Product Manager in tech companies
• Solid experience as Product Manager for internal tools, platforms or integrations 
• Experience workin with CRM tools is a plus
• Platform scope combined with a customer-centric approach 
• Experience with AI projects and/or products
• Advanced English level
