Location & Remote Work for technology and remote-first roles
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About the Team
Your future team is the heart of our AI conversational experience, dedicated to balancing operational efficiency with a world-class user journey. As a Senior Staff Data Scientist, you will drive success across two critical workstreams: Support XP, which focuses on optimizing end-to-end support through high-quality FAQ retrieval and intelligent human escalation (including the integration of Wall-e), and AI Central, where you will architect the "brain" of our system. Your challenge is to orchestrate specialized agents from across the company into a single, coherent experience—shaping its personality, governing the agent topology, and maintaining global user context. This is a high-impact role where you will define the standards for intelligence, behavior, and rigorous evaluation to scale our AI tools to 100% of our users.
Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical fields, with a strong track record of transitioning into and leading Data Science and AI product development.

GenAI & LLM Expertise: Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade AI products using Large Language Models.

Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agentic SDKs such as LangChain, LangFuse, CrewAI, or Google Vertex AI SDK.

Advanced Evaluation: Deep knowledge in establishing offline and online evaluation kits for agentic systems (e.g., RAGAS, LLM-as-a-judge).

System Orchestration: Ability to design complex agent topologies and maintain global user context across fragmented journeys.

Efficiency & Optimization: Experience managing LLM costs and latency while improving task completion rates and routing precision.

Technical Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional P&T teams to integrate specialized capabilities into a coherent central host.

Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration and technical documentation.
