Location & Remote Work
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.

About this position:
We are looking for a Senior PM with a strategic mindset to lead the evolution of our Salesforce platform as the primary revenue and productivity engine for our Classifieds business.
You won’t just be a bridge between tech and business; you will be the owner of how Salesforce technology drives growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency across multiple countries in Latin America.
Your Mission:
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring platform capabilities are aligned with global and local OKRs for the Classifieds business unit.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Navigate between Sales, Marketing, and Operations directors across LATAM, managing complex expectations and prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and effort.
- Funnel Optimization: Develop strategies within Salesforce to increase LTV and revenue through intelligent automation and data visibility.
- Regional Scalability: Ensure that solutions are scalable across different markets in Latin America, respecting local regulations, without fragmenting the core product.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Product Management Experience: Ideally more than 5 years managing digital products, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions within CRM ecosystems (preferably Salesforce).
- Business Mastery (Classifieds/Marketplaces): Deep understanding of B2B sales metrics, inventory management, lead conversion and international ecosystems with specificities.
- Fluent Spanish: Essential for negotiations and understanding business nuances with Latin American stakeholders.
- Advanced English: For interfacing with global teams and technical architecture discussions.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze large volumes of data to extract insights and justify roadmap prioritization.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading multidisciplinary squads in an agile environment.
Technical Desired Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations (Sales, Revenue Cloud/CPQ and Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with analytics tools and product management software (Jira).
- Bonus points if you have led Salesforce migration or implementation projects on an international scale
- Salesforce Certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in the PropTech, Real Estate or Classifieds business is a bonus.
