Reporting to the Head of Salesforce, this person will act as the main Salesforce technical leader for Classifieds, combining people leadership, technical expertise, delivery management and stakeholder management.

    • Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and elevate developers, administrators, and analysts, establishing rigorous code review and engineering standards.

    • DevOps & Platform Governance: Champion modern DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automated testing, structured releases) and proactively reduce technical debt.

    • Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with Product and Business Operations to assess technical feasibility, scope initiatives, resolve blockers, and ensure reliable execution.

    • Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary technical partner for business stakeholders and maintain quality oversight of external consulting partners.
