The ideal candidate will be located in the United States, preferably: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Phoenix or Tampa.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead strategic customer engagements by positioning Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions that accelerate our customers’ digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft field sellers and the Quisitive pursuit team to drive measurable impact and customer success.

Proven experience identifying, engaging, and developing strategic enterprise accounts — expanding relationships and driving multi-million-dollar growth through cross-selling across business units — is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the full sales lifecycle – from data-driven prospecting to deal closure – across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Engaging C-suite executives to uncover opportunities for AI and cloud transformation, articulating how Quisitive’s solutions deliver measurable ROI and business agility.
  • Positioning yourself as a trusted digital transformation partner, leveraging insights from data, AI, and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with Microsoft field teams to co-sell Security, Data, Agentic AI, Copilot activations, and cloud migrations in alignment with Microsoft’s FY priorities.
  • Driving thought leadership by bringing “the art of the possible” through AI demonstrations, customer storytelling, and industry-relevant innovation.
  • Leading proposal and RFP processes, coordinating technical, delivery, and finance teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • Proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar complex technology and services deals to large enterprise customers.
  • Strong business acumen and executive engagement capabilities — skilled at influencing business outcomes and articulating AI-driven value propositions.
  • Strategic mindset with experience leveraging AI, analytics, and data insights to identify opportunities and guide customers through digital transformation.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills that inspire confidence and convey technical solutions in business terms.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in data-driven account planning, pipeline management, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

What will set you apart?

  • Experience selling Microsoft Cloud and AI services through or alongside Microsoft field sellers.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, Security, Copilot, Fabric, and AI services and their enterprise applications.
  • Trusted relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem and proven ability to co-sell strategic initiatives.
  • Experience selling industry-specific AI solutions in Finance, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with offshore and nearshore delivery models.
  • Passion for learning and driving AI transformation outcomes for customers.

If you love the art of the deal, have a passion for selling strategic technology services and enjoy being a sales leader in a growth-minded company, Quisitive is the company for you!

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
