It is a very exciting time of growth for our Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring an AI Strategist to provide client solution and delivery leadership for our AI Managed Services solution.  

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Atlanta or Orlando.

What will this role entail?

As an AI Strategist for our Managed AI services, you will play a key role in representing our strategic vision across the organization and for our Managed AI customers. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating the business viability of AI projects, leading initial client discussions, and customizing solutions in partnership with technical and sales teams. You will facilitate monthly meetings to ensure strategic alignment and provide updates, generate essential documents capturing AI strategies and results, and specialize in specific industries over time, becoming the go-to expert. Additionally, you will support AI governance, and data security, and participate in workshops to advance AI initiatives.

What are the responsibilities?

  • You will act as a strategist and advisor for our Managed AI customer base
  • You will represent our strategic vision across the organization
  • Over time, you will specialize in specific industries or sectors, becoming the go-to expert as your knowledge and experience expand.
  • Evaluate the business viability of potential AI projects or existing AI use cases
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with customer stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure strategic alignment and provide updates on AI project progress
  • Generate essential documents and materials that capture the AI strategy and its results
  • Lead discussions with clients to present the AI strategy and its benefits
  • Partner with technical and sales teams to customize AI solutions that meet client requirements
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure existing solutions are working within desired parameters

What experience is required for this role?

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes from AI investments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and presentations with potential clients
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with technical and sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field
