It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently hiring a Vice President of Data Services to provide leadership for the team.  

What will this role entail?

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Data Services to lead and grow our data-centric services and solutions. As a premier, global Microsoft partner, we deliver innovative, client-focused solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem—including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and related platforms. This executive will drive our data strategy, service offerings, and delivery excellence, positioning our firm as a trusted advisor and leader in modern data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Data Services portfolio end-to-end, from strategy and offering development to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s technology roadmap and partner programs
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives, client needs, and Microsoft partnership goals. Integrate AI and analytics to maximize client impact
  • Define and evolve our data and AI offerings, including modern data platform strategy, data governance, analytics, and AI-readiness. Ensure offerings are differentiated and leverage Microsoft’s latest technologies
  • Support strategic sales pursuits in data-intensive accounts, providing thought leadership and technical credibility in executive-level conversations. Collaborate with Microsoft sales teams and leverage co-sell opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, alliances, and delivery teams to position our Data Services in alignment with market demand, Microsoft partner incentives, and technology trends
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their data transformation journeys, from vision to value realization. Build long-term relationships and drive client satisfaction
  • Work closely with other strategic leaders to create integrated, strategy-led solutions—including across Data, Security, and Agentic Applications
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion professional development and Microsoft certifications
  • Stay abreast of the latest data and AI trends, Microsoft technology releases, and strategic roadmaps. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our data services

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, and modern data platform architecture
  • Deep expertise in cloud-based data platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and related ecosystem tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and scale consulting service offerings within a Microsoft partner environment
  • Proven track record in executive client engagement, complex deal support, and successful collaboration with Microsoft sales and technical teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience integrating AI and data capabilities into enterprise strategies is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in a VP, Practice Leader, or equivalent leadership role within a consulting or services organization, preferably a Microsoft partner
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel as required for in-person customer meetings and Microsoft partner events
  • Passion for continuous improvement, technology solution innovation, and professional development

  • Experience integrating AI and data capabilities into enterprise strategies is highly desirable
