Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Lead Consultant

Remote

As one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation—supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you’re looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

The Role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Lead Solutions Architect who brings both deep techno‑functional expertise and true delivery ownership.

This role is for someone who wants to be hands‑on, accountable, and engaged at every level—from early client conversations through implementation and go‑live. You’ll help customers understand how Dynamics 365 CE can solve real business problems, and you’ll stay closely involved to ensure solutions are built the right way.

This is not a role for someone who only designs at a distance. We’re looking for a leader who takes pride in execution, partners closely with delivery teams, and has the desire to see complex work through.

What You’ll Do

Lead End‑to‑End Dynamics CE Solutions

  • Own architecture across the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, and deployment
  • Partner with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and operating realities
  • Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Make sound architectural decisions and clearly articulate tradeoffs

Be a Hands‑On Techno‑Functional Leader

  • Design and validate configurations, customizations, extensions, and integrations
  • Work side‑by‑side with functional consultants and developers during delivery
  • Stay engaged through build, testing, and deployment—not just design sign‑off
  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards

Serve as a Trusted Client Advisor

  • Lead discovery and solutioning conversations with stakeholders at all levels
  • Help customers understand what’s possible—and what’s practical—within Dynamics CE
  • Bring a solution mindset, challenging assumptions when needed to drive better outcomes
  • Support pre‑sales efforts with confidence, credibility, and clarity

Drive Quality & Craftsmanship

  • Review and approve functional and technical designs
  • Provide quality oversight to ensure solutions are supportable and production‑ready
  • Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and usable by delivery and support teams
  • Take accountability for solution quality and customer outcomes

Grow the Team & the Practice

  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants through real delivery work
  • Actively share knowledge and help elevate solution quality across engagements
  • Support continuous improvement in delivery approaches and standards

Who Thrives at Quisitive in This Role

Capable & Curious

  • You bring deep Dynamics 365 CE experience and continuously look to learn more
  • You stay current with Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem and explore better ways to solve problems
  • You combine strong fundamentals with a bias for action

Professionally Enthusiastic & Collaborative

  • You’re energized by modern Microsoft technology and what’s next
  • You enjoy partnering closely with customers and teammates
  • You communicate clearly, collaborate openly, and bring a positive, solution‑oriented mindset

Growth‑Minded with an Owner Mentality

  • You take pride in your work and feel accountable for outcomes—not just deliverables
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and tackling complex challenges with grit
  • You move fluidly between player, coach, and owner to drive results

What You Bring

  • Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in complex, enterprise environments
  • Strong techno‑functional expertise across customer engagement, process automation, and operational workflows
  • Experience leading multiple Dynamics CE implementations end‑to‑end
  • Hands‑on experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
    • Integrations with third‑party systems and data platforms
  • Experience working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key client engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
