US - Remote

As one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation—supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you’re looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

Role Overview

Quisitive is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Microsoft Alliance Leader to lead and elevate our strategic relationship with Microsoft across all geographies, industries, and solution areas (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365). This leader will be the primary driver of joint pipeline creation and revenue growth.

The core focus of this role is to enable and guide Quisitive’s global sales teams in navigating the Microsoft ecosystem—identifying key relationships, initiating account introductions, and uncovering co-sell opportunities. This role works in close partnership with our Alliance Marketing Director, who leads the execution of partner programs, campaigns, and events with Microsoft. Together, they will drive alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to build and execute joint strategies that generate impact and scale.

Travel requirement: up to 50% for executive meetings, field enablement, and partner events.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Act as the senior point of contact for Microsoft, owning the full scope of the relationship.
  • Deepen executive-level connections with Microsoft’s global, regional, and industry leaders.
  • Lead and facilitate joint business planning, executive sponsorship programs, and strategic reviews.

Sales Enablement & Field Collaboration

  • Partner directly with Quisitive’s global sales leaders and field sellers to:
  • Coach them on relationship mapping within Microsoft to unlock key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Facilitate introductions to Microsoft sellers aligned to target accounts.
  • Guide and support the identification of joint sales opportunities
  • Run regular account mapping workshops to align field sellers from both organizations and ensure opportunities are surfaced and pursued jointly.
  • Track co-sell engagement health: volume of introductions, pipeline velocity, and outcome attribution.

Revenue & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Own the co-sell pipeline with Microsoft, driving accountability and measurable impact.
  • Manage and expand account mapping initiatives and joint sales alignment activities to ensure synchronized territory planning and field enablement.
  • Drive the execution of revenue-generating field engagement events such as Cosell Days, Executive Dinners, and Innovation Hub sessions

Sales and Delivery Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales and Practice leaders to embed Microsoft alignment in account and territory strategies.
  • Support field sellers with tools, insights, and connections to Microsoft to accelerate opportunity progression.
  • Track, report, and optimize key metrics such as pipeline influence, win rates, and partner engagement volume.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic counterpart to the Alliance Marketing Director, aligning programs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives to amplify co-branded efforts.
  • Ensure feedback loops between Marketing, Sales, and Delivery to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

 Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft partner/channel leadership, alliance management, or enterprise sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s organizational structure, partner ecosystem, co-sell motions, and incentive models
  • Proven success in pipeline development, managing joint business plans, and executing complex partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience working across multiple sales, marketing, and technical functions.
  • Strong data fluency in tracking partner pipeline and opportunity metrics.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
