The Manager of Operations for our Global Business Applications (GBA) practice (Dynamics 365 and Enterprise Performance Management – Board) is responsible for driving operational excellence across our consulting business. Reporting to Quisitive’s EVP, Global Business Applications, this role connects the critical functions that enable successful consulting operations—including alignment to resource planning, project staffing, utilization, delivery forecasting, and financial metrics. Sitting at the center of how the GBA practice operates, this leader provides the visibility, insights, and operational structure needed for leadership to make informed business decisions, effectively align demand and capacity, and ensure successful client delivery while supporting sustainable growth and operational performance. 

 

Run the Business Rhythm for GBA 

  • Partner with GBA leadership to establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence 
  • Facilitate proactive operational reviews to support accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting across primary GBA programs 
  • Lead and participate in advanced operational reporting and forecasting structure for strategic opportunities, including the Steelcase network of opportunities. 
  • Create and oversee the creation of reporting required for GBA consultant delivery and account leadership  
  • Support large pursuits through bid management coordination and execution, a of close plans to win the work 
  • Work with Sales and Project Management Office for GBA establish sales to project start/delivery handoff procedures 
  • Experience working across global teams, including close collaboration with North American and India-based teams. 
  • Monitor execution of GBA staffing, approval, and resource management procedures to ensure consistency and operational alignment. Work closely within the GBA practice while partnering with Quisitive operational leaders across Finance, Sales, Delivery, and other key business functions to drive alignment and operational consistency across the organization 

 

What You Bring 

  •  5+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operations 
  • Strong understanding of services businesses/consulting operations. Including how sales pipeline, delivery forecasting, resource planning, staffing, utilization and financial performance connect together.  
  • Ability to flex and meet the business where it is 
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong communication and influencing skills 
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset 
  • Experience building and improving operational processes, delivery standards, governance models, and sales-to-delivery handoff procedures 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
