Professional Services Developer II (PAC)
Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is a fast-growing software company and the leading provider of workflow tools and information services for government affairs professionals across the corporate, non-profit, association, and government markets. As a Professional Services Developer, you will join the PAC team, a product-oriented squad led by an Engineering Manager. You'll work across the stack using React/Redux, Django, and PostgreSQL, as well as have the opportunity to shape the technical architecture of a brand new product.
What You'll Do
- First Week: You will configure your work environment and review the PAC Classic (Cision) product architecture, meet your team, and the wider PS team.
- First Month: You'll review existing projects, meet with PAC Dev team engineers, review projects in the pipeline and review new project requests and begin working on projects.
- First Six Months: You'll take ownership of an entire PAC custom development set of features and deliver multiple projects for customer use.
- First Year: You'll help guide our team as we make broad technical decisions impacting the PAC product, begin being cross trained on Python and Django and the Quorum stack and learn all the Quorum products.
About You
- You have 1+ years of software development experience on the Cision PAC product in a software company.
- You have 3+ years working as a software engineer in C#.
- You care deeply about the code you write and either have significant technical skills solving real-world problems or the drive to quickly develop them.
- You're a highly-motivated self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to a team from day 1.
- You're an engaged learner—you want to expand your skills, get your hands dirty, and find solutions to challenging problems that require tradeoffs.
- You want to work in a fun environment where you can form real friendships with other professionals and where you have a strong sense of belonging at a growing startup.
- You're excited to pitch in where ever needed, from helping in recruiting to supporting customers.

Our Work Environment
- We are a hybrid team with flexible work options: work remotely or choose to come into our vibrant, sunlit space in our modern, open concept office in Washington DC.

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $110,000
