Product Manager, Core Product

Brazil

Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is a fast-growing software company and is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals across the corporations, non-profits, associations, and governmental end-markets.  Quorum allows users to manage stakeholder engagement, launch grassroots advocacy campaigns, and track legislative activity at all levels of government, including federal, state and local.

Quorum provides mission-critical solutions to public affairs professionals for their work in Congress, all 50 state legislatures, major U.S. cities, the European Union, and 30+ countries around the globe. Quorum serves over 2,000 customers globally including over 50% of the Fortune 100, and has over 350 team members across the globe.

Quorum is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our core platform tools — with a focus on enhancing the legislative suite of products and shared capabilities leveraged across our broader platform including GRS, PAC, and Stakeholder Management.

This role is ideal for someone eager to dive into product management and drive real impact to help shape the future of the platform. We are looking for someone who can quickly ramp up on market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive offerings — and use that insight to ship products that win the market. The ideal candidate is business-oriented, structured in how they prioritize work, and thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Familiarity with modern AI technologies and how they can be leveraged in workflow solutions is a plus.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work on both sides of the business, directly engaging on sales strategies and go-to-market planning, as well as providing technical solutions and requirements to deliver new products to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prioritize and execute on high-impact opportunities that enhance the legislative suite and core platform capabilities through research, discovery, and internal feedback.
  • Launch product improvements that directly contribute to user adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback on core features that inform the strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear go-to-market plans and strong internal alignment.
  • Evaluate where emerging technologies — including AI and automation — can enhance product value and recommend experimentation where appropriate.
  • Manage customer escalations and enterprise feedback loops including prioritizing incoming customer issues, communicating timelines and resolutions clearly with both internal stakeholders and clients, and incorporating key customer requests into roadmap and product planning cycles.

About You

  • 2–4 years of product management or related experience such as a business analyst, customer or support management, operations, marketing, etc – ideally in SaaS or tech-driven B2B environments.
  • Proven success in delivering products or features that moved key business metrics such as growth, engagement, or retention.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills, particularly with non-technical teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent grasp of prioritization frameworks and decision-making strategies for navigating complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical thinking, and a self-starter mentality.
  • Familiarity with government affairs, legislative technology, or stakeholder management use cases.
  • Experience leveraging LLMs or AI tools in product development or understanding their application in B2B workflow tools.
  • Proficient in tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, SQL, or PowerBI to support product analysis and decision-making.

SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF VETERAN STATUS

Quorum is a Government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended by the Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002, 38 U.S.C. 4212 (VEVRAA), which requires Government contractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment: (1) disabled veterans; (2) recently separated veterans; (3) active duty wartime or campaign badge veterans; and (4) Armed Forces service medal veterans.

These classifications are defined as follows: A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability. A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran’s discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service. An “active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense. An “Armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed above, please indicate by making the appropriate selection for the veteran status question below.

VOLUNTARY SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF DISABILITY

Form CC-305 / OMB Control Number 1250-0005 / Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
