Product Manager, KnowWho Product

Brazil

Based in Washington, DC, Quorum is a fast-growing software company and the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals across corporations, non-profits, associations, and government. Quorum empowers users to manage stakeholder engagement, launch grassroots advocacy campaigns, and track legislative activity across federal, state, local, and international governments.
Quorum powers mission-critical work for more than 2,000 public affairs teams globally—including over 50% of the Fortune 100—and continues to expand following its acquisition of Capitol Canary, a market leader in grassroots advocacy software.
We are seeking a Product Manager for KnowWho, the organization within Quorum responsible for collecting, enriching, and maintaining the official, staff, and influencer contact data that fuels Quorum’s suite of products. This PM will oversee the strategy and evolution of Quorum’s People Data ecosystem, ensuring it delivers high-quality, comprehensive, and actionable insights for clients across government affairs, public policy, and advocacy.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, product strategy, and market understanding. You’ll shape the next generation of Quorum’s contact directory products, including powering external data solutions like KnowWho for Salesforce and the Policy Influencer Data File (PIDF). You will identify customer needs, uncover new growth opportunities, and work collaboratively across engineering, go-to-market, and professional services to deliver data products that drive measurable value.
If you are energized by building data-centric products, navigating complex workflows, and enabling thousands of public affairs professionals to engage the right people at the right time—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Quorum’s People Data strategy across the entire product portfolio, ensuring KnowWho’s contact directory data meets the needs of Quorum’s platform, KnowWho for Salesforce, and the Policy Influencer Data File (PIDF).
  • Identify customer and product needs related to data quality, coverage, and discoverability, and translate them into clear requirements for engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Discover and drive new growth opportunities powered by People Data by staying informed on public affairs workflows, government organizational structures, and competitive data offerings.
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner strategies to expand, enrich, and improve Quorum’s data assets—including assessing new datasets, enrichment vendors, and technology approaches.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers across the portfolio to ensure KnowWho data supports broader product experiences and platform capabilities.
  • Serve as the internal expert on Quorum’s people data, supporting escalations, troubleshooting data issues, and guiding cross-functional decisions that impact the customer experience.
  • Lead GTM activities for new data capabilities, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and CS on messaging, launch enablement, training, and customer adoption strategies.

About You

  • 2–4 years of product management or related experience in SaaS or data-centric products.
  • Strong instincts for product strategy and prioritization, with a track record of making clear, informed tradeoffs to meet business needs.
  • Analytical thinker who brings structure to ambiguous problems and identifies practical paths forward.
  • Takes ownership and moves work forward independently, especially when navigating complex or cross-functional challenges.
  • Strong collaborator with experience in orchestrating work across engineering, data operations, GTM teams, and leadership.
  • Communicates clearly and ensures stakeholders understand priorities, progress, and decisions.
  • Shows strong customer empathy and understands how data quality and usability impact real workflows.
  • Proven experience applying AI or LLM-based approaches to improve data or product workflows.
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce data models, integrations, or related workflows.
  • Experience with enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, or advertising/targeting data is a plus.

SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF VETERAN STATUS

Quorum is a Government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended by the Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002, 38 U.S.C. 4212 (VEVRAA), which requires Government contractors to take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment: (1) disabled veterans; (2) recently separated veterans; (3) active duty wartime or campaign badge veterans; and (4) Armed Forces service medal veterans.

These classifications are defined as follows: A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability. A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran’s discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service. An “active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense. An “Armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed above, please indicate by making the appropriate selection for the veteran status question below.

VOLUNTARY SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF DISABILITY

Form CC-305 / OMB Control Number 1250-0005 / Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
